If your order is cancelled after payment, the applicable refund will be processed to the original payment method.

Luxora does not store your complete card details.
For prepaid orders, cancellations are not permitted once payment is processed.
5. Shipping and Delivery
Orders are processed and dispatched promptly to ensure timely delivery.
Delivery timelines may vary depending on location and courier service. Luxora is not responsible for delays caused by logistics partners, natural events or unforeseen circumstances.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
6. Returns, Refunds and Cancellations
All purchases made on Luxora are final sale.
We do not offer returns or exchanges.
Cancellations are not allowed once an order has been shipped.
In case of damaged or incorrect items, customers must contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear images and order details for review.
